About The Position

Source Energy Services is a logistics and oilfield services company that focuses on the integrated production and distribution of high quality frac sand, as well as the distribution other bulk oil and gas well completion materials requested by customers. Source provides its customers with a full end-to-end solution for frac sand supported by its Wisconsin and Peace River mines and processing facilities, its Western Canadian terminal network, its “last mile” logistics capabilities and Sahara, a proprietary well site mobile sand storage and handling system. Requirements

• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn rail operations and procedures
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous rail or locomotive experience
• Experience in industrial, mining, or plant environments
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Operate a locomotive following company and regulatory protocols
• Monitor locomotive performance and ensure proper operation
• Follow General Code of Operating Rules (GCOR)
• Maintain rail operation records and documentation
• Communicate with rail crew, plant personnel, and leadership
• Perform inspections and assist with quality control sampling
• Support plant operations as needed
