About The Position

Auto Warehousing Company (AWC), a family-owned vehicle logistics company, is hiring full-time Rail Loaders at its Tacoma, Washington location. The Rail Loader loads and unloads new vehicles onto railcars in compliance with company quality standards. Step-by-step training is provided, and prior experience is not required. The position is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with opportunities for daily and weekend overtime. Pay is $25.36 per hour, with contractual increases.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a physical and background check.
• Able to work at a height of approximately 15 feet above the ground.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds overhead.
• Good visual ability.
• Good sense of balance.
