About The Position

The Village of Ridgeview Court has an exciting opportunity for a RAI Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting and embracing the resident-centered social culture and delivering the highest quality of service to residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support. Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Current Heart Save Level of CPR.
• Current certificate in Credentialing (MDS).
• Current AIS certification.
• Understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role.

Nice To Haves

• A current RPNAO membership.
• Demonstrable experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations and best practices applicable to the Retirement and Lont-Term Care sector (e.g. RAI processes and CIHI, supplies, equipment ordering, etc.)

Responsibilities
