About The Position

The Village of Winston Park has an exciting opportunity for a RAI Coordinator to join their team. This is a temporary full-time position with an expected time frame of approximately 6 months. The role involves supporting and embracing a resident-centered social culture and delivering high-quality service to residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support. Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Minimum of 6-12 months of experience working as RAI Coordinator.
  • Current Heart Save Level of CPR.
  • Current certificate in Credentialing (MDS).
  • Current AIS certification.
  • Understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role.

Nice To Haves

  • A current RPNAO membership.
  • Demonstrable experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations and best practices applicable to the Retirement and Long-Term Care sector (e.g. RAI processes and CIHI, supplies, equipment ordering, etc.)

Responsibilities
