About The Position

At Radon Eraser, we are dedicated to protecting families and communities from the dangers of radon-related lung cancer by providing reliable testing, mitigation, and monitoring solutions. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team and help us spread awareness about radon's risks and our mitigation solutions. This role involves educating homeowners, real estate professionals, and community members, and promoting radon mitigation systems that meet high safety and quality standards. The work directly contributes to saving lives and reducing radon-related lung cancer risks.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in the field and connect with homeowners and communities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to consistently learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Proficient with tools and basic electrical work.
  • Self-led and driven, thriving in an independent, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong communicator, able to engage customers, explain radon’s risks and solutions, and create trust.

  • Actively spread the word through marketing events, neighborhood working, office visits, and other opportunities.
  • Use tools and handle minor electrical work.
