About The Position

Performs imaging examinations on all ages of patients (newborn through geriatric), contributing to the efficient operations of the department and ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care. Uses specific training in imaging modality to provide excellent patient care. Performs responsibilities of receptionist/clerk or other department duties as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Sonography program or equivalent preferred.
• Must have two years post-graduation experience.
• Current ARDMS (abdomen or OB/GYN) or equivalent required.
• Multiple specialties preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• GE ultrasound experience preferred.
• Trophon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging examinations for patients of all age groups.
• Ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Contribute to departmental operations.
• Handle receptionist/clerk duties as required.
