About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiology Technologist to join the diagnostic imaging team at Providence Health & Services – Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, Oregon. This full-time evening position offers the opportunity to perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures while working with advanced imaging technology in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians with accurate diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and exceptional care throughout the imaging process. Requirements

Education that meets certification, licensure, or registration requirements for Radiologic Technology.
Active Oregon Radiographer License upon hire or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification within 180 days of hire.
New graduates must possess an Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Temporary License and obtain a permanent Oregon Radiographer License within 180 days of hire.
Strong knowledge of radiographic imaging procedures, radiation safety, and patient positioning techniques.
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a hospital, emergency department, or outpatient imaging setting.
Familiarity with digital radiography systems, PACS, RIS, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Experience working evening shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining imaging quality and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
