About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiology Technologist to join the diagnostic imaging team at Providence Health & Services – Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, Oregon. This full-time evening position offers the opportunity to perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures while working with advanced imaging technology in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians with accurate diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and exceptional care throughout the imaging process. This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $77,000 – $119,000 annually, along with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates, making it an excellent opportunity to advance your imaging career with a trusted healthcare organization.

Requirements

  • Education that meets certification, licensure, or registration requirements for Radiologic Technology.
  • Active Oregon Radiographer License upon hire or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification within 180 days of hire.
  • New graduates must possess an Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Temporary License and obtain a permanent Oregon Radiographer License within 180 days of hire.
  • Strong knowledge of radiographic imaging procedures, radiation safety, and patient positioning techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a hospital, emergency department, or outpatient imaging setting.
  • Familiarity with digital radiography systems, PACS, RIS, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Experience working evening shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining imaging quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
