About The Position

Produce high-fidelity diagnostic images that empower physicians to make accurate and timely medical diagnoses for every patient. Champion patient safety by meticulously applying radiation protection standards and ensuring minimal exposure while maintaining superior image quality. Manage the end-to-end imaging process, from high-precision patient positioning to the administration of contrast media, within a safe and regulated environment. Consult on clinical excellence by monitoring imaging protocols and recommending refinements to ensure the department utilizes the most effective diagnostic techniques. Navigate advanced imaging technology and digital work-flows (PACS) to ensure that every patient record is accurate, complete, and delivered promptly to the care team.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
