About The Position

Fitzgibbon Hospital is seeking a self-driven, compassionate Radiology Technologist for its Radiology team. The role operates X-ray and CT imaging equipment, performs diagnostic-quality radiographs, works with hospital and imaging information systems (HIS, RIS, and PACS), and provides excellent customer service to patients. The position is full-time, 72 hours every two weeks, with a Monday–Friday day schedule and some rotating weekends. The Radiology Department is an ACR Gold Standard of Accreditation recipient. Its personnel are qualified through education and certification to perform medical imaging, interpret images, and administer radiation therapy treatments. The department provides services including cardiac stress testing, CT, DEXA, echocardiography, fluoroscopy, low-dose lung CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, PET/CT, ultrasound, and X-ray.

Requirements

Must be registered by the ARRT or eligible to register.
If not registered at hire, must show timely progress toward obtaining registration and obtain registration within one year of hire.
ARRT registration must be actively maintained.
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
