About The Position

SCA Health is hiring a part-time Radiology Technologist for Seashore Surgical Institute. The role performs radiographic procedures, including operating a C-arm during surgical procedures, and may include radiation safety officer and/or life skills officer duties. The technologist also manages inventory, receives and restocks materials used for radiological services, and performs other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiology program.
• ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification as required by state.
• Successfully complete a BLS–CPR course within 90 days of employment or provide documentation of current certification.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in radiation technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run a C-arm intraoperatively during surgical procedures.
• Perform radiographic procedures.
• May be assigned radiation safety officer and/or life skills officer duties.
• Inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
