About The Position
Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital seeks a Radiology Technologist for their Radiology department responsible for operating radiographic and other related equipment and assists physicians as necessary to complete diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures for patients of all ages. Coordinates patient flow and responsible for producing quality images efficiently and safely.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited radiologic technologist program
- Valid California Radiologic Technologist certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to use specialized radiology and other health care equipment
- New graduate from a radiologic technology school
Nice To Haves
- Valid California Fluoroscopy certification within 6 months of hire
- ARRT registered
- 2 years performing radiographic exams in a hospital environment similar to Cottage Hospital
Responsibilities
