The Radiographer Technologist provides patient services as a member of the clinical team, using imaging modalities. Performs radiographic procedures, applies principles of radiation protection and the ALARA principle, exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures, provides patient care essential to radiographic procedures, recognizes patient conditions requiring immediate action, and initiates life support measures. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees and the physician staff. Employees will help maintain patient flow, maximize the delivery of quality patient care, and ensure patient confidentiality at all times. The employee will be required to assist with patient registration, triaging, and other duties as needed.
