About The Position

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is a major academic and referral center with Level I adult trauma and Level II pediatric trauma designations. It has 43 residency and fellowship programs with 454 residents and fellows and is the exclusive clinical partner of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. This role involves performing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology under supervision, applying principles of radiation protection, and complying with regulations. The technologist will assume responsibility for a designated area and provide clinical instruction as appropriate, following the Corewell Health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

Requirements

• Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• Training gained at student level.
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 Days required
• CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required

Responsibilities
