About The Position
Operates conventional or portable radiology equipment to obtain clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians. Performs routine diagnostic radiology procedures according to established standard and practices. Position patients and adjusts x-ray equipment to obtain correct exposures. Does not perform procedures involving contrast media or specialized modalities, such as CT, MR, US or Nuclear Medicine.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited limited license program in radiologic technology.
- Indiana State Board licensed with limited general or eligible. (If board eligible, must become licensed upon first opportunity).
- Must be CPR certified.
