About The Position

Conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients in an ambulatory setting, within the scope of demonstrated competency, under the direction of a qualified physician. Performs chest, abdominal, extremity, and spine radiological imaging studies. This includes operation of equipment, development of films, and preparation of patient room and equipment under the direct supervision of a registered Radiologic Technologist. Clinical support includes documentation and duties such as IV lines and lab work. Applicants seeking student technologist roles must be currently enrolled and have completed 2 semesters of formal education accredited by the ARRT. Non-student tech roles require 2 years of patient care management experience.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a formal education program accredited by the ARRT and have completed 2 semesters (for student technologist roles).
HS Diploma or equivalent.
IV certification preferred or certified within 90 days.
No experience required.

Nice To Haves

2 years patient care management experience (for non-student tech roles).
