Requirements
- Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic(ARRT certified)
- Must be certified by the Texas department of Health (TMB)
Nice To Haves
- OR experience preferred
- Experience in Pediatric Radiology preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographs in accordance with established standards and procedures, which may require the use of contrast agents.
- Perform the duties of a diagnostic radiographer and perform simple to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures in an OR setting.
- Operate radiographic equipment using radiation and electrical safety guidelines
- Communicate accurately using verbal and written methods
- Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, maintaining confidentiality in all matters
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed as well as on-call duty
