About The Position
Responsible for taking MRI exams and following established procedures for patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Graduate of Radiologic Technology Program
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registered
- Current State License
- BLS
- 1 year of Xray experience
- Working knowledge of X-ray Equipment and Procedures
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Knowledge of Radiation Safety
- Ability to follow and apply written direction
- Attention to detail when performing radiologic exams
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Working knowledge of MRI procedures and protocol
- Working knowledge of MRI equipment and hazards common to MRI
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when conducting MRI exams
Nice To Haves
- MRI Certification with ARRT
- Minimum of 1 year of MR experience
