About The Position
Radiology Technologist I position at Premiere Healthcare Staffing in Mesquite, Tx. This full-time night shift role is in the Radiology Diagnostic Department. The technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures following department protocols and regulatory requirements, serve as the primary point of contact for patient imaging needs, participate in PI/QC activities, and be responsible for image processing and transmission to PACS.
Requirements
- Must have Current CRT issued by CDPH
- Must obtain fluoroscopy permit by CDPH
- Must obtain venipuncture certificate
- ARRT-R is required.
- Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
- Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist required.
Responsibilities
- Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
- Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
- Participates in PI/QC activities.
- Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
