Radiology Technologist- Clinic
About The Position
We are looking for a Radiology Technician to add to our clinic Imaging team! Previous experience or education in Radiology is required. If you enjoy working in a very fast paced environment, collaborating with a team and providers to obtain musculoskeletal images, then this position is for you! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST- CLINIC Our Radiology Technologists work collaboratively with the providers and imaging team to capture clear images to help determine accurate diagnosis and plan of care for our patients. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will operate the C-arm, radiofrequency machine, and assist in room turnover. You will also assist in setting up the sterile field and drawing up medications with nursing staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience or education in Radiology is required
- Successful completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program
- Member in good standing with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registry or eligible
- Current Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer Licensure or the ability to apply
Responsibilities
- Operate the C-arm
- Operate the radiofrequency machine
- Assist in room turnover
- Assist in setting up the sterile field
- Draw up medications with nursing staff
- Capture clear images to help determine accurate diagnosis and plan of care for our patients
