About The Position
The Reg Rad Tech 2 arranges patients for radiological examinations and performs advanced radiological procedures. Produces radiographs (x-rays) to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems. Uses pre-established imaging protocols and departmental policy to perform safe operation of imaging equipment and all functions of the job. Provides complete pre and post education to patients and family. Able to evaluate competency level of others.
Requirements
- ARRT certification or registry eligible
- BLS certification
- State licensure
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist

- Experience with advanced imaging modalities
- Proficiency in PACS and RIS systems
