About The Position

Performs Radiography and/or CT/MRI exams according to department protocols. Obtains a history and appropriate diagnosis for exam. Completes all appropriate documentation. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate for patient’s age level, physical condition, mental condition, and emotional status. Checks department requisitions and schedule and prioritizes appropriately. Recognizes duties requiring completion but not directly assigned. Regularly helps other staff. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Ensures all charges are documented accurately and charged out correctly.

Requirements

• Associates of Applied Science degree in Radiology
• At least one year Radiology experience preferred
• CT experience preferred or willing to cross train as CT Tech
• Indiana State Board of Health (ISBH) Licensure
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registration
• CPR
