About The Position

Saline Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Technician to deliver high-quality imaging services and exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact across all patient age groups. The technician will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, review patient history, explain procedures, prepare and administer contrast media, monitor patient condition, operate and maintain imaging equipment, evaluate image quality, and document results.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program, required
• Current Arkansas Radiation Operator Certificate, required
• BLS certification, required
• CT experience
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work flexible shifts, if needed and handle physical demands of the role

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures following established standards and safety protocols
• Review patient history, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and cooperation
• Prepare and administer contrast media/medications within scope
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment
• Evaluate image quality and repeat studies when needed
• Accurately document and transmit imaging results
• Support departmental workflow and participate in ongoing education
