About The Position

The Radiology Tech performs basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. The CT Technologist performs routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT examinations of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities, as well as biopsy and drainage procedures. The role also requires knowledge of CT system processing, surgical and sterile procedures, studies performed with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience as a CT and X-Ray Tech.
• Experience using Carestream, mainly Toshiba.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic radiographic procedures.
• Perform fluoroscopy procedures.
• Perform portable radiographic procedures.
• Perform C-arm procedures and OR imaging services.
• Perform routine diagnostic CT scans of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities.
• Perform CT biopsy and drainage procedures.
• Process CT system studies, including studies with or without contrast media, while applying knowledge of surgical and sterile procedures and cross-sectional anatomy.
