About The Position
This position is for a Radiology Tech specializing in the Cath Lab. The shift schedule is from 06:30 to 17:00. The role is a traveler position located in Passaic, NJ.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE
- ARRT(R) certification
- State Fluoroscopy Permit
- State Venipuncture permit
- BLS certification issued by AHA
- CRT Permit from the State
- Must know to work on the C-Arm Machine
- Must be certified in working fluoroscopy
- RT should encompass the skills of RCIS
- Priority to NJ ARRT license
Responsibilities
- Assist in a Cath Procedure and PCIs
- Insert Impella and balloon pump devices
- Scrub IR procedures including Nephrostomy Tube Insertion, PICC insertion, Permcath Insertion, Pacemaker Insertion, Cerebral Thrombectomy
- Perform routine LEAD maintenance
