About The Position
Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas is seeking a Radiology Tech to join their team. This is a full-time position working 8-hour varied shifts, requiring flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotations. Occasional overnight coverage may be needed. The role involves providing coverage in Inpatient X-Ray, the Emergency Department, Operating Room, Fluoroscopy, Outpatient X-Ray, and DEXA, with a primary focus on Operating Room support. Requirements
- CRT
- Fluoro Eligible (must obtain Fluoro within 6 months of hire date)
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have at least 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience (for new graduates to be eligible for hiring incentives)
Nice To Haves
- ARRT
- Strong OR and Fluoro experience
- DEXA experience
- Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
