About The Position

SCA Health is hiring a Radiology Technologist for Fellowship Surgery Center. The role supports surgical procedures by operating a C-arm intraoperatively and performing radiographic procedures. The technologist may also be assigned radiation safety officer and/or life skills officer duties, and is responsible for inventorying, receiving, and restocking materials used for radiological services. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiology program.
• ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification as required by the state.
• Successful completion of a BLS – CPR course within 90 days of employment, or documentation of current certification.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in radiation technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the C-arm intraoperatively during surgical procedures.
• Perform radiographic procedures.
• May be assigned radiation safety officer and/or life skills officer duties.
• Inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
