Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Working on completion of a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
Current student in good standings in an approved course in Radiology Technology.
Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
Radiology Student 1: Actively enrolled in, and in good standing in 1st year of an accredited Radiology program.
Radiology Student 2: Actively enrolled in, and in good standing in 2nd year of an accredited Radiology program. Must have competencies in the various radiologic exams being performed.

Responsibilities

Takes diagnostic radiographs of various parts of the body to assist the medical staff in diagnosing disease, injury and the location of foreign bodies.
Develops and prepares films for interpretation.
Maintains supplies and cleans equipment in assigned areas.
