Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or obtain within six months of hire

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and families.
Obtain vital signs.
Help with dressing/undressing.
Transport or ambulate patients.
Ensure patient comfort.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe environment.
Support technologists, nurses, and radiologists with patient preparation.
Assist with questionnaires.
Assist with patient positioning.
Verify orders.
Gather required pre-procedure information.
Perform data entry.
Coordinate patient flow.
Adhere to radiation and MRI safety standards.
Handle stocking and supply checks.
Perform room/equipment cleaning.
Complete CREED checklists.
Run errands.
Respond to inquiries from clinicians, staff, and patients both in person and by phone.
