About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a day-shift, full-time Radiology Tech Clinic for INTEGRIS Health Radiology Primary Care in Edmond, Oklahoma. The role supports the health system’s mission to partner with people to live healthier lives. The position operates radiographic equipment, helps maintain equipment and exam rooms, performs related computer and clerical work, and provides for patient care and safety in the radiology department.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT-R (Radiography) certification upon hire.
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, or CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, within 90 days of hire.
Current driver's license from the state of residence.
Driving record acceptable to the employer's insurance carrier.
Auto insurance verification.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

Operate radiographic equipment.
Monitor radiographic equipment for proper functioning and promptly report malfunctions.
Use safety devices such as cones, collimators, lead aprons, gloves, and gonad shields to maximize radiation safety.
Perform necessary computer and clerical functions related to radiology requests.
Stock and maintain orderliness in radiographic exam rooms.
Use appropriate nursing procedure techniques to provide necessary care and safety for patients in the radiology department.
