About The Position
Precision Scans is seeking a Radiology Tech for their Cath Lab. This is a traveler position with a specific shift schedule and call coverage requirements. The role involves assisting in various cardiac procedures and interventional radiology procedures, requiring specific machine operation and certification.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE!
- Certified in working fluoroscopy
- Must know how to work the C-Arm Machine
- Must know Routine LEAD maintenance
- Must have skills encompassing RCIS
- Must be available for call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays, responding within 30 minutes of a page
- Must be available for 9 shifts a month at least
- Must have NJ ARRT license
Responsibilities
- Assist in a Cath Procedure and PCIs
- Insert Impella and balloon pump devices
- Scrub IR procedures including Nephrostomy Tube Insertion, PICC insertion, Permacath Insertion, Pacemaker Insertion, Cerebral Thrombectomy
- Work the C-Arm Machine
- Perform Routine LEAD maintenance
- Provide call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays, responding within 30 minutes of a page
