About The Position

Bone & Joint is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight for their Radiology team across multiple locations. This role involves supporting and mentoring Radiology staff, collaborating with providers and department leaders, and ensuring patients receive the highest level of care. The supervisor will be a visible presence in clinics, helping resolve challenges, answer questions, and remove barriers for the team. The position balances leadership and operations, including coaching team members, reviewing workflows, coordinating training, and collaborating with leadership on staffing, process improvements, regulatory compliance, and patient experience initiatives. The role oversees daily department operations, monitors inventory and supplies, supports staff development, and ensures efficient Radiology services across all Bone & Joint locations, fostering a positive, accountable, and supportive culture.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent
An Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least three years of Radiology experience
Supervisory or leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain certification
A valid Wisconsin driver's license and the ability to travel between Bone & Joint clinic locations
Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused during stressful situations
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare
The ability to work effectively with providers, staff, patients, and leadership across the organization
