About The Position

Plan and oversee all operational aspects and activities for assigned sections/modalities, locations and support areas. Supervise all day-to-day operations including the delivery of care, patient satisfaction, human resource management, equipment oversight and process improvement activities. Participate in planning efforts involving space, equipment, staff, systems, services, supplies, budgeting and financial management and future programs and services. Ensure that imaging operations are in compliance with prescribed departmental and organizational policies, procedures and strategic values, as well as regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology or from a school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Required
  • 2 years of relevant clinical experience Required
  • Certification by appropriate Radiology/Medical Imaging body through American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Upon Hire Required or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Upon Hire Required or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) Upon Hire Required or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred
  • 3 years of relevant clinical experience Preferred
  • 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a leadership role Preferred
  • Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Preferred
