The Radiology Service Coordinator monitors imaging systems and worklists, escalating issues per established procedures. They ensure exam accuracy and completeness, run required operational reports, communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and client teams, handle incoming support calls and make outbound calls as needed (non-sales), and perform data entry while maintaining clear documentation and communication with team members. Requirements

  • Background in Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to follow documented procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with medical terminology, PACS, and EHR/EMR systems preferred

Responsibilities
