The Radiology Service Coordinator position involves monitoring imaging systems and worklists, escalating issues per established procedures, ensuring exam accuracy and completeness, running required operational reports, communicating effectively with radiologists, physicians, and client teams, handling incoming support calls and making outbound calls as needed (non-sales), and performing data entry while maintaining clear documentation and communication with team members.

Requirements

  • Background in Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to follow documented procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with medical terminology, PACS, and EHR/EMR systems preferred

Responsibilities
