About The Position
Sentara Port Warwick, located in Newport News, VA, is seeking a Radiology Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, weekend day shift position to support the MRI technologist with IV starts, provide exceptional patient and customer service, verify scheduled appointments, and perform various administrative duties as assigned. The role performs administrative and clinical support in an accurate manner, which assures timely delivery of patient services in a multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- IV certification
- Previous patient care experience
- Previous healthcare experience
