About The Position
Helen Newberry Joy Hospital & Healthcare Center is seeking a Radiology (CT) Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology and CT imaging procedures. The role involves maintaining patient safety, educating patients about exams and preparations, and respecting patient rights. The position is available part-time or full-time, with on-call and holiday work as required. The hospital is located in Newberry, Michigan.
Requirements
- ARRT certification.
- Current BLS.
- Basic computer and office skills.
- Ability to demonstrate competency in required skills and implement patient rights.
- Ability to be courteous, diplomatic, and tactful when interacting with others.
- Responsibility for patient safety protocols.
- Ability to educate patients about exams and preparations.
Nice To Haves
- CT certification is preferred; the employer is willing to train.
- PACS experience is preferred.
