About The Position
Under the direction of the supervisor, the Radiology Assistant conducts themselves in a professional manner while transporting patients to and from the department, responding to patient needs, and supporting colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care. The role also assists technical staff members to enhance their efficiency and requires working with limited supervision.
Requirements
- Post-high-school special training.
- BLS certification, required within three months of hire.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- MRI Safety Training.
Nice To Haves
- Hospital experience is helpful but not mandatory.
