Performs receptionist and a variety of clerical and/or clinical duties in support of Radiology and Imaging Departments. Performs a wide range of office clerical/receptionist functions including; computer data entry, filing, record keeping, ordering and managing supplies, patient charges as well as reception duties. This position requires flexibility to assist in multiple radiology departments. Responsibilities including scheduling, answering phone, order entry, pulling daily charts, assembling records/images/charts as needed, entering charges and further duties that may be directed by the Radiology Manager. Responsible for maintaining work area. May be asked to participate in some clinical duties, such as patient transport, on occasion. Work is performed in a clinic setting with some stressful situations; moderate sitting, stooping, bending. Requires frequent work at a computer screen.
