About The Position

Functions as a PACS Super User and is responsible for assisting the Radiologist and coworkers in the utilization of the PACS, RIS and the Radiologists reading system/Clario. Will have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the PACS, RIS, and Clario reading system to assist the Radiologists. Has the ability to understand and work with Image archiving, troubleshooting Imaging System (PACS). Has working knowledge of Radiology Records for imaging and reports. Assists the Radiologists with phone calls, WET READ results and Worklist management.

Requirements

• Four (4) years of experience in healthcare or a relevant industry.

• Ability to meet and communicate with public in courteous and professional manner.
• Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to handle difficult customers or situations.
• Knowledge of Radiology Information System (RIS), as well as, commonly used computer applications in Radiology and other hospital-based systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
