Requirements

• Requires a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degrees will also meet this education requirement.
• Requires positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate self-motivation and flexibility to change duties as needed.
• Must be highly organized, efficient, multifunctional with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Computer experience helpful.
• Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths, which may include weekend days and evenings, evenings during the week and holidays at various locations.
• CPR certified or obtained within 90 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs various clerical, electronic and customer service duties to facilitate flow of patients in the department.
• Answers phones, assists with patient transfers, transports patients via wheelchair or cart, and performs other support duties.
