About The Position

Advanced Radiology, SC (ARSC) is a well-established radiology group with over 30 years of experience serving the Midwest. They are seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist to join their team as an Independent Contractor/1099. This is a fully remote position that offers a blended role, allowing providers to spend 50%-60% of their time in their specialty, with general radiology covered through a fair model. This opportunity is ideal for a radiologist seeking supplemental income due to its flexible schedule and shift options. The role requires the ability to read a full range of diagnostic radiology, including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, and Nuclear Medicine, and perform light interventional procedures. While mammography reading is preferred, it is not required. All candidates can read within their subspecialty, and the position offers flexible work shifts and extensive time off.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy
• Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Must hold or be eligible for Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin medical licenses

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training in any subspecialty
• MQSA certification

Responsibilities

• Read a full range of diagnostic radiology, including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, and Nuclear Medicine.
• Perform light interventional procedures.
• Read mammography (preferred but not required).
• Read within given subspecialty.
• Work a mix of remote evening and weekend shifts.
• Maintain an equitable workload distribution.
