About The Position
Midwest Radiology, P.A., a 100% radiologist-owned private practice serving the Upper Midwest for more than a century, is seeking board certified, fellowship-trained radiologists for our busy and growing subspecialized group centered in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Our practice is composed of over 200 radiologists of which 100% are fellowship trained in Body, Neuro, MSK, Breast and IR. We offer a competitive salary along with flexible, comprehensive benefits packages valued up to $175,000 annually (for a 1.0 FTE). Shorter path to partnership/shareholder is available to experienced radiologists. Midwest Radiology prides itself on being an innovative and efficient practice, offering the following support: • In-house licensing and credentialing. • 24/7 dedicated IT. • 24/7 transcription editing and formatting. • 24/7 clerical and quality assurance staff to verify exam content and comparisons, contact referrers and help communicate results. Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. required
- Minimum Diagnostic Radiology Residency completion; fellowship training preferred
- State of MN License
- Board eligible-Board certified
- Ability to become credentialed with partner hospital systems and insurances and other entities with credentialing requirements.
- Ability to build relationships with referring providers.
- Excellent patient care, problem solving, organizational, communication and technical skills required.
- Ability to work independently, in a team, and with all levels of the organization required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative required.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safety-related work behaviors to ensure a safe work environment.
- Must be competent in using a computer keyboard, email, Imagecast and PACS/RIS, dictation, or similar applications.
