About The Position

NewYork Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital is seeking a full-time Radiographer to perform radiographic and other related imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians under the direction of a radiologist. This position involves working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility required based on operational needs. The role will also involve travel and rotation between two locations: 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY and 1756 Route 9D Cold Spring, NY. All roles require on-site presence, and employees must live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Requirements

• Knowledge of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures obtained by being a graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Accredited Educational Program or equivalent.
• Licensure by the New York State Department of Health.
• Certification and registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T) required.

• Analytical skills in order to evaluate and perform radiologic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Organizational skills necessary in order to plan and implement several procedures simultaneously and to coordinate work within the unit and department.
