About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Radiologic Technologist working night shifts. The role involves patient interaction, preparing for and performing radiologic examinations, assisting physicians, evaluating images, and managing patient records and charges. Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, explain procedures and answer questions and instruct patient during the procedures.
  • Prepare proper sterile tray and contrast media for procedures.
  • Perform radiologic examinations on patients with proper positioning and technique.
  • Assist physicians during specialized procedures.
  • Evaluate images within PACS and close study appropriately for prompt reading.
  • Print charts
  • Access and document patient information in the patient medical record.
  • Input entry and selection of charges.
