Requirements
- Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist License
- Current ARRT Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience working with: Emergency Department (ED) patients, Outpatient patients, Inpatient patients, Operating Room (OR) patients
- QuantiFERON Gold or T-SPOT completed within the past year
- Documentation of MMR and Varicella immunity (titers or vaccination records)
- Physical examination completed within the past year
Nice To Haves
- Current BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control policies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care
- Accurately document procedures and patient information
