About The Position

Produces high quality images that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Department. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology. Practices safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times and lengths. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.

Requirements

• Requires a graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Organized, efficient and multifunctional.
• Ability to work independently.
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates effective communication.
• Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• ARRT certified in Radiography or registry eligible with certification obtained before start date of employment.
• CPR certified or obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Registry in clinical radiology field is required.

Nice To Haves

• Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.
• Registry in specific modality that supervisory position supports is strongly preferred.
