About The Position

At Physicians' Clinic of Iowa, we are focused on delivering quality patient care. Our Imaging Department is seeking a full time Radiologic Technologist to deliver care that is second to none in our high volume-fast paced practice. Primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Completing quality diagnostic x-ray exams as ordered including specialized orthopedic and urology imaging procedures Export images to interpreting Radiologist offices where applicable Additional experience in C-Arm, pain procedures preferred. The successful candidate will be crossed trained in C-Arm modality if they have no prior experience. Utilization of EMR/HIS/RIS/PACS programs Knowledgeable in insurance and pre-authorization process. Participate in additional department and corporate initiatives and projects. Qualifications: Current Iowa Permit to Practice and ARRT (R) certification. Knowledgeable in applying radiology skills and adhere to safety regulations. Strong Commitment to patient care and teamwork. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency (or ability to become proficient) in EMR and related computer systems. Requirements

  • Current Iowa Permit to Practice and ARRT (R) certification.
