Radiologic Technologist | Full-Time Flex | Weekends | Newark Campus
About The Position
The Christiana Hospital Imaging Department is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist. This individual will also work every weekend (Nights) and every other holiday requirement (Nights). The successful candidate will be responsible for complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment, developing and identifying radiographs (including proper identification of film, date and time), covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, Fluoro, assisting with the training of radiology technology students, and using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems. They will operate equipment from Phillips, Siemens, Carestream, and Canon.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Radiology Science
- ARRT Registered Technologist required
- Delaware license
- Certification in CPR
- Flexibility in hours and duties is required
Nice To Haves
- RT Technologist experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
