About The Position
UR Medicine Imaging is seeking Radiology Technologists to provide patient-focused diagnostic imaging services at Strong Memorial Hospital and to patients in the Greater Rochester and Monroe County communities. The Department of Imaging works with a range of diagnostic and therapeutic imaging technologies and specialties, including emergency, pediatric, bone, abdominal, neurological, and cardiovascular imaging. The Radiologic Technologist produces high-quality X-ray images, performs examinations safely and efficiently, and completes associated patient documentation to support Radiologist interpretation. The role emphasizes quality, accuracy, and customer service. Formal training in Radiologic Technology, typically an associate degree, is required. Prior experience with standard diagnostic imaging technology and equipment is helpful but not required.
Requirements

- Sound understanding of human anatomy and X-ray positioning.
