Radiologic Technologist Day/Midnight - $5K Sign On Bonus

The ChristianaCare Newark Campus Radiology Department is currently recruiting for a Full Time Flex Radiologic Technologist, rotating day/midnight shifts. This position will work every 6th weekend and every third holiday. Shift: Week 1 – Sun, Mon, Tues (7a-7:30p) each day, Wed 8 hours (8a-4:30p). Week 2 – Sun, Mon, Tues 12 hours each day. Call shift - Sun, 7: 30p-7:00p and (1-2 holidays per year as a 24hrs call shift) The successful candidate will be responsible for: Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment Developing and identifying radiographs Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing duties Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Portables, Fluoro Assisting with the training of radiology technology students Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems Operating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm Burn patient CD’s
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Radiology Science
- RT Technologist experience preferred
- ARRT Registered Technologist required
- Delaware license
- Certification in CPR
- Flexibility in hours and duties is required
Responsibilities
- Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
